Baptisms are held the First Sunday of Each month, following 11:30 AM Mass.  You should make every effort to attend mass. 

Baptismal Seminars are held the last Thursday of each month @ 7PM. Parents and godparents are required to attend unless one has been attended within the past two years.  Proof will need to be provided.  Registration form is below. 

NO Baptisms during Lent.  

See below for printable forms, an Eligibility form for each sponsor should be completed entirely and turned in along with an up to date copy of their baptismal certificate. Instructions are on the form. 

ALL Paperwork must be completed and submitted, along with the childs Birth Certificate,  before a date will be scheduled !!
