Adults ages 18 or older who are baptized Catholic, received Eucharist, and have never received the Sacrament of Confirmation are invited to consider completing your initiation sacraments. Our Adult Confirmation process is interactive and emphasizes the basics of Catholic teaching, respecting the many questions, concerns and responsibilities of adults living in their current life situations.
Sessions are held in the fall, usually on Sunday afternoons or evenings. (We are open to changing the day of the week and the time of our sessions based on work schedules.)
Registration is now open for our Fall sessions which begin in early Fall 2025. Our parish celebration of Confirmation is usually held in January.
Our session topics are as follows:
- Session 1 Introductions, Responding to God’s Call
- Session 2 Sacraments, Confirmation, Sponsors, Saint’s Name
- Session 3 Having a Catholic Prayer Life
- Session 4 Liturgical Seasons, Understanding the Catholic Church
- Session 5 Catholic Family Life, We Are Called to Serve
