Children, Teen and Adult Altar Servers

About Children, teens or adults assist the priest at liturgical celebrations. Any child who has already received Eucharist may serve. Adults are needed to serve for funerals and daytime Masses when children are in school. 

Children’s Liturgy

About While parents attend the 9:30 a.m. Sunday Mass, their pre-enrolled children, ages 3 to 2nd grade (before First Communion), learn the basic message of the Sunday readings, do crafts, music and more. They are lead back to church to rejoin their families at the Offertory.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

About Assist the priest in administering Holy Communion at Mass, in homes, at the hospital and in nursing homes. Must be living according to Catholic teaching, have a love for the Eucharist and receive training by the diocesan Office of Worship.

Greeters/Ushers

About Warmly greet all who attend Mass and special services, assist with seating for large celebrations, take up the offering and tend to any needs or emergencies.

Jacob’s Ladder

About Committee responsible for preparing the church decor appropriate to each liturgical season.

Lectors/Commentators

About Proclaim the Word of God at Mass and other services.

Offertory Gift Bearers

About Individuals, couples, or families occasionally bring the gifts of bread and wine to the priest presider at the offertory of the weekend and holy day Masses.
